Why there are 2 different sizes listed below  some of the designs?
The small sizes are for Bernina deco, Brother PE or the old Viking machines. The larger for Pfaff, Brother SuperGalaxy (8200), Artista or Viking Designer 1. Please don't forget to give that information in the order form. Actual Sewing Area or type of the machine is necessary to send you designs in ideal sizes for your hoop. 
 

Does my check need to be in U.S. Dollars or Euro? 
NO. We take checks in all convertible currencies. Please convert your currency to the approximate value of the price in Euro.  If you have doubts about the rate of change, please e-mail us for advice. 

How do you send  the designs to me? 
We usually send the designs  as attachment to an e-mail. If you like the designs on a floppy or CD via  air mail the additional postage  is  5 Euro worldwide.

How long will it take to process my order?
Checks  up to 10 days. CC orders up to 48 hours.

Sending credit cards information online - where are the risks?
We ensure that our website is hosted on a thoroughly secured environment with fast internet access. Furthermore, we continuously review the latest security patches for the infrastructure components and applie them whenever they are required to maintain a secure website.

Are the designs tested?
The pictures on our site are scans of actual stitchouts. We tested them thoroughly with several home sewing machines.

What means "Break-the-Limits"-design?
We invented a technic to create a large design consisting of several small designs. You can put them easily together with help of a template. Template and instruction is included. We strongly recommend self-adhesive (sticky) stabilizer (Filmoplast/Neschen, Solvy Sticky/G+S). Please look at our "Tips&Tricks" section for more details.

I accidentally lost my designs.
We keep a record of any order. We re-send for one year after purchase your designs free of charge.
